Liubov Akulenko has been heading UCEP since 2015. She specializes in general political issues of the European integration process in Ukraine, including monitoring and advocacy of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. Liubov studied the topic of EU enlargement policy and its’ transformational impact on candidate countries.
